Dr. Ramona Patrick has just accepted the position of Founding Principal of CWCSL!
Dr. Patrick began her career as a corps member in Teach for America (TFA); she then worked as a Program Director supervising teachers for TFA with phenomenal results. She went on to coach teachers in a number of districts, worked in management in the private sector and most recently completed her doctorate in education and the prestigious Ryan Fellowship, which trains school leaders for a full year before they become principals.
